Days with Eva

One mid-April morning Eva did not want to go back into the house after Emmy had gotten on the school bus so we headed out to our neughbourhood park because the snow had melted enough that we could actually get to it.

Potty training begins...This was April 22nd, the first day of potty training.  Eva had been wearing pull-ups and going to the potty about once a day for a couple of weeks when I decided that it was time to give it a real go.  I did not get many pics of her on the potty because unlike her sister she does not sit there for long.  The first few days went well with most pees and all number twos going into the potty.  But then began the week of pooping in her pants.  That was definitely not enjoyable but when some bribery in the form of Dora gummy treats she did come around and has been great ever since.  She still has the occassional accident but we can definitely say that she is potty trained.
