Santa's Village

We went for a little camping vacay with some friends to a town called Bracebridge where they have an amusement park called Santa's Village.  We went in a rush and came back in a rush.  We started out a day early than we planned because of the rain they were forecasting for the time that we had planned to be there.  The first night that we got there was great but the rain started the next day just after breakfast and it was on and off all day long.  We still had a great time at Santa's Village but we did not stay a second night camping as we had planned.  We will definitely be heading back to this place next summer.

First ride of the day, we took the train around the park to check it all out.

The swans...what a diaster this was for us...we got stuck in the weeds two or three times.  One of the times our friends got us out but another time we had to be rescued by a guy on a zipline over head

The captain of the boat, apparently he has been working there for 30 years and has taking over 1 million passengers on this boat.  It was fun, he played some dance music that the kids liked and he spun a lot of doughnuts which I didn't really think was possilbe in a boat!

The big kids enjoying the music and the ride.
